A bit about myself
Raised in Miami by an art teacher and an airline mechanic, I’ve always been creative and inquisitive. From an early age I was taught to observe and experiment, to courageously engage, to learn how things work and to make do with what one has.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have studied and worked with some of the best artists of the past half-century and to have been involved in the art, design, and advertising worlds everywhere from the actual street to Madison Avenue.
Over my 45-year professional career I’ve been a draftsman, screen-printer, typositor operator, darkroom assistant, paste-up artist, bookbinder, digital production artist, photo retoucher, studio manager, and production manager.
I have lived and worked in North Carolina for almost 30 years.
